The Johnston Soccer Club Team Trophy Program is available to all
coaches once again this Spring. You can order any medal or trophy
from the APS, Inc. catalog that’s shown on the JSC Web site at
(see above) or the APS Trophies Web site at
www.apstrophies.com – and
you can use a check or your favorite credit card to pay for your order.
In addition, you can stop by the APS, Inc. showroom at 2769 99th
Street, Urbandale, from 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday to see (and
order) the very latest trophy designs that are not yet in the catalog or
on the Web site.
The Johnston Soccer Club Team Trophy Program takes the hassles
out of ordering high-quality, lowcost, personalized awards for your
team. Each trophy includes a nameplate with up to three lines of copy –
including individual player and team names – at no extra charge. If you
order medals, you pay just $0.08 per letter for engraving. In
addition, you pay no shipping or delivery charges, so please leave that
spot blank on the Order Form. (Choose the “Local Delivery” option
when you order online, so you won’t be charged.) For all orders, the
state of Iowa still requires that we collect 6% sales tax.
No matter what trophies or medals you choose, the JSC benefits from
every order, because APS, Inc. will make a generous contribution to
JSC for every trophy and medal ordered.
Just fill out the Order Form and drop it in the mail so it
will be postmarked no later than Friday, April 25, 2008, to:
Johnston Soccer Club Trophies, c/o APS, Inc., 2769 99th Street,
Urbandale, IA 50322. To be eligible for this program, online orders
or in-person orders at the APS Trophies showroom must be placed by 5:00
p.m. on April 25, 2008.
• Each team must order all of its trophies at one time, and each order
must be submitted on the APS, Inc. Order Form. (You’ll find the
Order Form at both of the Web sites listed in the first paragraph.)
Please use multiple Order Forms if you are coaching more than one team.
• On the Order Form, please be sure to indicate, where appropriate,
column color choice and male or female versions. And remember: Do not
add a shipping or delivery charge for your order(s).
• All orders must be accompanied by credit card information on
the Order Form or a check for payment in full made out to APS,
Inc.
• All trophies and medals will be packaged by team and delivered to the
equipment garage at the Johnston Soccer Fields for pickup by you on
Saturday, May 10, 2008, from 8:30-10:30 a.m. If you are unable to
pick up your trophies at this time, please ask a team parent to pick
them up for you.
